Cancellation
Registered student-producers may cancel their enrollment prior to the beginning of their course(s) after a written notice of cancellation is received via email to Admissions@Cre8MusicAcademy.com. Cancellations must be made in writing (no telephone or verbal cancellations). A 5% refund surrender will be required upon notice of cancellation. Crē∙8 Music Academy reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course at any time. In the event of a cancelled course, tuition will be fully refunded.
Withdrawal
Student-producers may withdraw before the beginning of the fourth lecture hour of a course in progress after a written notice of cancellation is received via email to Admissions@Cre8MusicAcademy.com. A 5% refund surrender will be required upon notice of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued after the beginning of the fourth hour of class. Withdrawals must be made in writing (no telephone or verbal cancellations).
Dismissal
Student-producers are to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner at all times and are expected to maintain high standards of conduct and honesty. Conduct considered harmful to or interfering with the rights of others, or the reputation of Crē∙8 Music Academy, will not be tolerated. Behavior of this nature may be subject to disciplinary action.
Crē∙8 Music Academy reserves the right to dismiss or suspend any student-producer who participates in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Board of Directors.
In the event of a dismissal, refunds will be based on the last recorded date of attendance. The refund amount is calculated by the length of the completed portion of the course relative to its total length. The amount owed equals the number of hours in the course minus the number of hours attended, multiplied by the hourly charge for the course.
Student-producers may also be dismissed after failing to attend three classes during a course in progress or failing to return from a scheduled leave of absence.
Four-Course Discount
In order to receive an $800 multi-course discount, four-course tuition must be paid in full. Tuition discount applies specifically to the fourth course in a series (Initi•8, Activ•8, Stimul•8 or Liber•8). The first three courses are priced as normal ($1,500). Total tuition for the fourth course is $700. Withdrawal from any remaining course(s) in the series will void the multi-course discount and result in a pro-rated refund. This multi-course discount is effective as of August 1st, 2018.
Fees
A 3% administration fee will apply when the method of payment is requested to be changed after processing is complete.
New Artist Model
Student-producers who enroll in four courses at Crē∙8 Music Academy with a New Artist Model 3.0 course and request to cancel their four-course enrollment at Crē∙8 Music Academy will be issued a refund less an $800.00 cancellation fee.
