Who is eligible to enter?
• Submissions are open to residents of the United States who are 16 years of age or older.
• Only one video submission per contestant. Contestants with multiple Instagram profiles may still only submit one video.
• Contestant must be present in video.

When does the competition open and close?
Entries will be accepted beginning August 16th 2019 and ends at 11:59pm on August 30th 2019 (Pacific Standard Time). Winner will be announced on September 6th 2019.

Can I submit an instrumental if I do not sing?
Yup!

Can I enter with friends or my band?
Videos featuring more than one person are eligible, such as duos and bands. However, these entries must meet the following requirements:

• The person submitting the entry must have the full rights to the video and appear in the video.
• The person submitting the entry must have the consent of all the people appearing in the video.
• The prizes will only be awarded to the person who submitted the video.

Do I need to live in LA to win?
Nope! However, Crē•8 Music Academy’s Initi•8 course will be held on campus in West Hollywood, CA. Winner will be responsible for booking and arranging travel and accommodations.

How will you choose the winner?
The Crē•8 Music Academy Board of Directors will review the creativity and musicianship displayed throughout the cover and make a collected decision.

Can I still enter without having an Instagram account?
We are only accepting entries with a url for an Instagram video.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Crē•8 Music Academy as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest

2. Eligibility:
• Submissions are open to residents of the United States who are 16 years of age or older.
• Contestant must be present in video.
• One entry per person: Each contestant may only enter the Competition once. If a contestant submits more than one video entry, only their first entry will be valid. All subsequent entries will be deleted from the Competition. Contestants with multiple Instagram profiles may still only submit one video.
• Ownership: Each contestant must own the rights to their video submission, otherwise the submission will be invalid. The contestant must appear in the video, otherwise the submission will be invalid.

3. Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Crē•8 Music Academy. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Crē•8 Music Academy.

5. Prize:
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Crē•8 Music Academy to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.

6. Prize Collection:
• Physical items may either be shipped to Winner if address is within the United States or may be arranged to be picked up at Crē•8 Music Academy location in West Hollywood, CA.
• Winner will be responsible for arranging and booking travel and accommodations to attend Crē•8 Music Academy’s Initi•8 course held on campus at 7273 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046.

7. The Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Crē•8 Music Academy shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner does not reply by email, we will also try direct messaging them on Instagram.

If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

By entering the competition, you, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
